1. Product Introduction
Implement national standards: GB18242-2000, Elastomer(SBS)
The material is made up of polyester/ glass fabric mat as reinforcement, styrene-bivinyl-styrene (SBS) as modifier and polyethylene film / aluminum film / sand grain / colored sand / sliver as surface coat. There are several advanced colloid grind and thermal conduction oil stove of 1 million-calories power in our factory, which guarantee the quality of our products. Polyester, such as SBS, can be dispersed in the pitch, forming a reticular structure. As a result, the performance of products has been improved, such as high four-way pulling force, good elongation percentage, strong ductility, low temperature proof, aging proof, ultraviolet radiation proof , temperature difference proof, self cured bonding and so on. Especially, period of validity can reach 25 years because of the quality guide line which is very strict in our factory.
2. Implement national standards: GB18242-2000
The structure of the material is made up of 3 portions: polyester/ glass fabric mat as reinforcement providing strong supporting; styrene-bivinyl-styrene (SBS) as modifier providing pitch better performance; polyethylene film / aluminum film / sand grain / colored sand / sliver as surface coat. On the production line , the superpower colloid grind guarantees that the SBS elastomer has been sheared, homogenized, dispersed, emulsified exactly, forming a reticular structure. In addition, pitch has been fixed in the reticular structure, which has enhanced the performance, such as aging-proof.

6. Scope of Application
Roofing of industry /civil building, basement, guard against damp, refrigeration storage (house), swimming pool, subway, tunnel, drink water pool, sewage lagoon and so on. The SBS coiled waterproof material can also be used to heavy frost and high structural complex place.
7. Direction for Using
1 Sub-base treatment: The sub-base must be compacted, level, non-loosening, non-peeling. While the surface of sub-base is compacted& level and water content rate is low than 9%, execution can be put into effect.
2 athermal bonding method
(1)coiled material spread : When the coiled material is spreading, there should be overlap edge which is 10cm in longitudinal direction, 20cm in lateral direction. While the sub-base is compacted& level, coat the binder full on the overlap edge. Then roll it emphatically after 20min desiccation, bonding firmly.
(2) stub treatment: The stub must be sheared orderly and press-in groove, then fixed by metal bead. The groove must be air-tight sealed by sealing cream.
3 hot melt method (1)When the coiled material is ready, ejection gun can be used to heat the coiled material and sub-base equably till the surface of the material melted, then spread the coiled material (distance of coiled material and sub-base 0.5m had best)equably. In addition, the overlap edge and especial position must be coated by high polymer SBS solvent waterproof material. (2) stub treatment : same with the athermal bonding method
4 overlap edge should be 10cm in longitudinal direction, 20cm in lateral direction
8. Storage and Carriage
1 Different breeds, label, ordinance and grade should be stacked in different place.
2 The products should be stacked in venting, shady and cool room, avoiding to rain, sunshine, grease smudge and fire.
3 The products should stand-up. The height should be no more than 2 layers, and there are no declivity and traverse.
